Kitchen Staff

 

We are looking for experienced team members who are motivated and enjoy great barbecue.

 

Responsbilities include: quickly and efficiently plating meats, sides and sandwiches, some knife work, maintaining safe temperatures for all food items as well as a clean work environment. 

 

Applicants must be age 16+.
