Our meats are smoked fresh over night using only wood smoke and time. Our sides remind us of what Mom makes and our custom ice creams are made from scratch each week. Because barbecue takes many hours to smoke each night, when we sell out of a menu item, we are out until the next day, so be sure to get to Woodpile BBQ Shack early.
